Group Exercise Programs
Total Body Conditioning- Instructor Megyen Green
When: Tuesdays, 5:15-6:00pm
Where: Herrold Hall, Room 101- Fitness Center
Cost: FREE to all YMCA members, current OUZ/Zane State students, staff and employees
$5 drop in fee for other
Step Aerobics- Instructor Kris Geis
When: Wednesdays, 5:00-5:50pm
Where: YMCA Park Central- Aerobic Room, 1861 Adams Lane, Zanesville, OH 43701
Cost: FREE to all YMCA members, current OUZ/Zane State students, staff and employees
$5 drop in fee for other
Boot Camp- Instructor Robin Carroll
When: Thursdays, 5:15-6:15pm
Where: YMCA Park Central- Aerobic Room, 1861 Adams Lane, Zanesville, OH 43701
Cost: FREE to all YMCA members, current OUZ/Zane State students, staff and employees

Please make sure to bring your student ID or YMCA membership card. Participants will be required to fill out a waiver form on the first day of class and sign in for each class.
